Better Hearing Challenge

(Pictured above Dr. Star Lange-Richey, Au.D., CCC-A Riesberg Hearing Center Audiologist)

Unfortunately, hearing loss keeps us separated from the people and activities we love. We hear with our brains and the ears are just the way in! When fewer sounds reach the brain, we work harder to follow conversation. People with hearing loss need hearing aids that are fast enough to keep up with the brain and that will support the way the brain naturally makes sense of sound. That is why I am very excited about the BrainHearing ™ technology offered by one of our trusted technology partners Oticon Hearing Instruments.

Riesberg Institute is proud to offer Oticon’s newest hearing aid which breaks the limits of what was previously possible with hearing instruments. I am so sure you will notice improvement in your hearing that we have teamed up with Oticon to conduct the BetterHearing Challenge. To support this challenge, and offer our patients this proven technology, Riesberg Institute is now offering free take-home demonstrations with the Oticon Opn S 1 hearing aid. Plus, for a limited time, previous hearing aid users who make the switch to Oticon Opn S 1 are eligible for a $300 manufacturer’s rebate! *

I believe in this new technology…and I want you to experience it for yourself during our no-cost BetterHearing Challenge. Recently, one of my patients made the switch from Opn 1 hearing aids to the new Opn S 1 instruments and he LOVED them!! In fact, this is what he had to say regarding the technology:

“These new hearing aids are so clear. When I speak to people, they sound like what I remember them sounding like — not like voices through a hearing aid. Recently I attended a large noisy convention. My friend had to keep asking what others had said, but I was hearing just fine!”

The Opn S hearing aid is proven to give users better speech understanding, with less effort, in noisy environments. Compared to their previous generation of hearing aids, the Opn S gives BrainHearing ™ benefits such as:

o   Reduced Listening Effort

o   Better Ability to Remember and Recall Conversation

o  Better Speech Understanding

o  Improved Ability to Follow Conversations with Multiple Speakers

Other patients who have purchased the Oticon Opn S technology have commented about the natural sound quality, the fact that they just enjoy better hearing without thinking about wearing hearing aids, the ease of connectivity and convenience of recharge ability. I have patients who tell me they feel like the world is dull and muted when they take the hearing aids off at night. My favorite comment regarding the hearing aids:“I didn’t realize how tired and crabby not being able to hear made me feel! Since I’ve started wearing hearing aids, I am more positive and energetic, in fact I have even started exercising again!”

If you are interested in trying the BrainHearing ™ technology during our Better Hearing Challenge with the Oticon Opn S product, don’t wait! Take advantage of our free take-home demonstration. Give me a call to schedule a hearing evaluation and hearing aid consult at (850) 476-0700. You have nothing to lose and so much to gain!

“Hears” to you!! Stay safe.
